Delivery information
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands and usually arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on your location (see the table below).
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to our warehouse, we are unable to re-ship it.

Returns information
You can return unused online purchases within 30 days of receiving your order. Just use our easy Returns Portal to start the process.
Please note: Returns or exchanges are not possible in physical Scotch & Soda stores.

Defective items
If you have a complaint about a product you have purchased online, please contact customer support. Provide as much information as possible (including pictures and order number).
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange items bought online.
