Holiday Cut-Off Dates

To receive your orders in time for the holidays, please make sure you place it before the dates below.  

• Belgium & Netherlands: 19th December
• Luxembourg: 18th December
• Germany & Austria: 16th  December
• France & Spain: 17th  December
• Italy: 15th  December
• Portugal: 12th  December

Delivery Information

All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days after your order is placed, depending on the destination country.

All packages are shipped with DHL, and a signature may be required upon receipt. In certain countries, DHL may hand over your parcel to a trusted local partner, such as Colis Privé in France, Post AT in Austria, POST lux in Luxembourg or Bpost in Belgium.

If you are unavailable to receive your parcel during the first delivery attempt, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding your shipment.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Additionally, if your package is returned to our warehouse, we regret that we cannot re-ship it.
